One of the founding partners of the firm Kristoffer has spent nearly two decades in European mid-market tech M&A in London and Stockholm. Today he spends most of his time across different software sectors, but also covers technology-enabled services too. Notable transactions that Kristoffer has led include the sale of Cint to Nordic Capital, and the sale of Veryday to McKinsey & Co.
Kristoffer holds a Master of Law and studies in business and finance from Lund University, Sweden and the University of Grenoble, France.
