Veryday is a multi-award winning design consultancy that received the world’s most prestigious design award ("Red Dot Design Team of the Year") in 2014. The Company offers top-tier clients a complete range of services from design (for the physical and digital world) to innovation-related strategic consulting.
Originally based in Stockholm, Veryday now has an office in New York as well as representations in London, Dubai and Singapore, and works almost exclusively on international projects.
Strong strategic rationale for McKinsey & Company
Early on, McKinsey identified and brought forward design and innovation as key drivers and capabilities to enable its clients’ future growth. Subsequently, McKinsey acquired US-based design firm Lunar in May 2015, in the wake of tech companies Facebook, Google and the likes, that first set the trend of acquiring design expertise.
With Veryday, McKinsey pursues the idea of building a global and integrated design offering – closely connecting innovation to its core business and multidisciplinary approach to help its clients innovate at scale and speed.
A transforming transaction for Veryday
Following this transaction, Veryday joined McKinsey’s design capabilities (that include McKinsey Digital Labs as well as Lunar), becoming a design hub for Europe and the Middle East.
Veryday continues to serve long-standing clients while working on joint opportunities with McKinsey teams, help existing and new clients globally create, assess and implement product innovation programs, digital transitions, customer experience transformations, etc.
