Hantverksdata is a leading supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to the craftsmen industries in the Nordics, with an advanced modular product suite. The company holds market-leading positions in the electricity, plumbing, painting and glass industries with c4,000 corporate customers and c35,000 users.

Strengthening ownership structure to accelerate its expansion, with Adelis as new majority owner

The rapid digitisation in the craftsmen industries provides significant opportunities for Hantverksdata. With support from Adelis, who has significant experience and knowledge within the craftsmen and IT industries, the company is set to accelerate its growth, fortify its market-leading positions further, and capitalise on many opportunities going forward.

Alongside this transaction, Hantverksdata’s Board of Directors will be significantly strengthened by Anders Böös (former Chairman of IFS) and Petter Håkanson (former CEO of Assemblin), among others.

Hantverksdata is expected to generate cSEK 165 million in revenues for 2017/18, and all of Hantverksdata’s existing shareholders will reinvest together with Adelis, indicating the strong belief in the company.
