USD 15m raised to enable the Emediate transaction

In order to enable Cxense to acquire Emediate, the largest ad serving company in the Nordics, for USD 10m, as well as to facilitate further rapid growth, Stella EOC advised on a USD 15m fundraise.

The financing came from selected institutions, family offices and existing investors, and was completed in a short time frame so that the acquisition opportunity could be seized and the enlarged group could immediately move forward with increased momentum.

Stella EOC acted as lead advisor to Cxense.
