Dorsey has produced more than 1,000 hours of TV programming for a variety of major US TV and cable networks including HGTV, Discovery, History, DIY, Travel Channel, ESPN, National Geographic and others.
Recent productions include “Tiny House Big Living” and “Living Big Sky” for HGTV and “Building Alaska” and “Treehouse Guys” for DIY.
Dorsey has also worked with leading brands such as Ram-Chrysler, Ford Motor Company and Swarovski on branded entertainment television, and has worked with a wide range of A-list talent including Michael Keaton, Tom Brokaw, Liam Neeson, Huey Lewis and many others.
Dorsey is also one of the world’s largest producers of outdoor adventure programming.
Strategic investment for Red Arrow
In January 2016, Dorsey Pictures announced that a majority stake had been acquired by Red Arrow Entertainment, a ProSiebenSat.1 Group company.
This acquisition represents a further strategic investment for Red Arrow to broaden its factual entertainment portfolio and grow its presence in the US.
Dorsey will continue to operate independently, with Red Arrow International distributing the company’s formats and programs internationally.
With support from Red Arrow, Dorsey will focus on expanding its activity in branded entertainment.
