Greentech: IT infrastructure and supply chain giant Arrow Electronics snaps up the Nordic leader
“We are very excited to become part of Arrow Electronics. Our financial advisors Stella EOC, with whom we have worked closely in recent years, were highly instrumental in securing the successful outcome of this transaction. They brought structure to a complex process spanning the involvement of a large number of internal and external advisors from Arrow across multiple locations and time zones, and significantly reduced the potential operational impact on our organisation of the acquisition process.”
